Well according to Johnny Depp, he will most definitely be the Riddler in Batman 3, if he is asked.  At a press junket for Public Enemies (no not the upcoming Superman/Batman animated movie) he was asked if he would be playing the Riddler in the 3rd Batman film in the Nolan Trilogy.  Depp responded with, “I’d definitely juggle it”.

In other Batman movie news, Christian Bale doesn’t seem to excited by a 3rd film and may not do it…  According to Bale he will do it only if Nolan returns (which may not happen).

“I don’t even want to think about it,” he said.

What might keep Nolan from returning in Bale’s opinion? “It would be purely that he would need to find a story that was good enough — and if he can’t find that, then it wouldn’t happen,” Bale explained.
