Take this with a grain of salt but, RTM poster Blue Canoe Stew has a rumor (and he is usually spot-on with his info) that the DCUC SDCC 2010 Exclusive figure will be Plastic Man.

Plasticman with various attachments and shapes that wouldn’t normally fit on a single figure card. He’ll be the last figure needed to complete Mattel’s re-making of the SUPER POWERS
collection. (The others will come in waves announced prior to Comic Con).

Remember, take this with a grain of salt and wait and see what SDCC 2010 brings…
